Heroes on Display Return/Refund Policy

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the item.

To qualify, the Display Case must be returned in brand-new condition, free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration. The item must be shipped back in its original packaging, including:

  • The shipping carton
  • Inner packing materials
  • Protective wrapping
  • Any included accessories

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping cost.
To ensure safe transit and proper handling, the return must be shipped using the same carrier and shipping method used in the original delivery.

Heroes on Display is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or delayed during return shipping.

Tracking Requirement

On the same day the return is shipped, the customer must provide Heroes on Display with a valid tracking number for verification and monitoring.

We are a small family business, and our workshop is not open to the public. We are not always on-site to receive deliveries. Knowing when a package is on the way—and having the tracking number—allows us to ensure someone is available to accept it.

If a return is shipped without a tracking number and the package is left unattended, we cannot be held responsible for damage, loss, or theft.
Failure to provide tracking information may also result in delays in processing the return.

Refunds

Once the item has been received and inspected, Heroes on Display will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any applicable fees if the item is not returned in its original condition.

By following these guidelines, the return process can be handled smoothly, ensuring the Display Case is returned securely and the customer receives a timely resolution.
